Physiotherapy Classes
Physiotherapist or Rehab Instructor‑Led Movement Classes
At wellbeing that works, we are developing a range of Physiotherapist or Rehab instructor‑led movement classes designed to support strength, recovery and confidence with movement.
These classes will provide a safe, supportive option for people who want expert‑guided exercise informed by physiotherapy and rehabilitation principles – rather than generic fitness programmes.

Planned class options are likely to include:
- Rehabilitation and recovery classes following injury, illness or periods of reduced activity
- Pilates‑based movement classes focusing on control, mobility and strength
- Strength and conditioning programmes designed to build resilience and functional strength
- Physiotherapist or rehab instructor‑led personal training (1:1 or small group)
- Perimenopause and menopause movement classes, supporting strength, joint health and confidence through hormonal change
All classes will be led by physiotherapists or suitably qualified rehabilitation instructors and adapted to suit a range of abilities and health needs.
Class format
- Classes are planned to run as weekly sessions, lasting 45–60 minutes
- Sessions will be delivered in small groups to allow individual guidance and safe progression
- Programmes may run as ongoing classes or time‑limited blocks, depending on focus
